CI472 Research Drive LLC executed a lease with Auto Company XIX, Inc. for space located at 9701 Research Drive, Irvine, California. Auto Company XIX, Inc. is a subsidiary of AutoNation. AutoNation is a Fortune 200 Company, with over 300 locations in 20 states and has sold and serviced more than 14 million vehicles. CBRE represented both tenant and landlord in this industrial real estate transaction.
Phoenix, Arizona
CI337 W. Sherman LLC executed a lease with Giroux Glass Inc. for space located at 7125 West Sherman Street, Phoenix, Arizona. Giroux Glass is a 100% employee-owned commercial glass and glazing contractor. Colliers represented Landlord and Stream Realty Partners represented the Tenant in this industrial real estate transaction.
