Income Strategies
High quality, stabilized assets that are well located, with little or no functional obsolescence and that are substantially leased to credit worthy tenants with long-term in-place leases and limited rollover exposure.
Value-Add Strategy
Assets that may be under-managed or capital constrained, where there is an ability to increase operating efficiencies and/or yield through lease-up opportunities and/or realizing market rents, or some other repositioning opportunity.
