Titan Partners Dallas LLC specializes in residential equipment disposal and recycling services throughout the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. Lincoln Property Company represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction.
374 Pinnacle Owner LP recently executed a new lease with 84 Lumber Company at 3801 Pinnacle Point Drive in Dallas, TX. 84 Lumber Company is the nation’s largest privately held supplier of building materials. Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord and Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant in this transaction.
