Cohen Asset Management, Inc. (the “Company” or “CAM)”, a private real estate investment firm focused on owning and operating industrial properties announced the appointment of Rajamma Srinarayana as Director of Asset Management, Arizona. Ms. Srinarayana, based out of the company’s regional office in Phoenix, Arizona (“Phoenix”), will help oversee the asset management operations for the company’s Arizona portfolio. Ms. Srinarayana will be responsible for implementing the investment strategy and the business plan adopted for each investment by overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial management of each property to maximize investor returns. Ms. Srinarayana brings a depth of asset management experience including prior roles with BIG RED Asset Management and VEREIT (NYSE:VER).

For over 25 years, CAM has been an active owner and operator of industrial and logistics properties in the Phoenix market having owned more than 50 buildings comprising almost 9 million square feet during that period, with a current portfolio approaching 30 buildings and 6 million square feet. “Having established a critical mass of industrial and logistics properties, and the anticipated continued expansion of our portfolio in Phoenix, this is an important role and appointment for CAM.
