Cohen Asset Management, Inc. (the “Company” or “CAM)”, a private real estate investment firm focused on owning and operating institutional quality industrial and logistics properties in select Target Markets, announced Maureen Palumbo, currently Director of Asset Management Eastern Region at CAM, will be promoted to the National Director of Asset Management effective January 1, 2026.
In her new role, Palumbo will lead the asset and property management of CAM’s diverse industrial and logistics real estate portfolio across CAM’s Target Markets in the United States. The National Director of Asset Management will be responsible for maximizing the value and performance of assets, enhancing operational efficiencies, strategic implementation, and driving long-term profitability through proactive management and strategic decision-making. Maureen will oversee a team of asset management leaders and work closely with senior executives and Principals to enhance all aspects of the asset management and property management functions with a focus on collaboration and alignment to achieve CAM’s goals and objectives.

Before joining CAM, Palumbo served as Senior Manager at Prologis and held numerous other management positions over her 15-year career at Prologis.
