Cohen Asset Management, Inc. (the “Company” or “CAM)”, a private real estate investment firm focused on owning and operating industrial and logistics properties in select target markets, today announced the sale of four entitled lots known as Skyway Business Park (the “Property”) consisting of approximately 507,599 square feet of industrial land at the NWC of Peoria Avenue and 132nd Avenue in Surprise, AZ. CAM effectively executed its business strategy by overseeing the design, approval process, and ultimately the entitlement and sale of four to-be-constructed single-tenant, functional industrial buildings. These buildings were designed to address an underserved segment of the market pertaining to shallow-bay industrial buildings with modern functionality and were successfully sold as part of CAM’s operational achievement. This sale is consistent with CAM’s overall investment strategy which seeks opportunities to create additional value through its proven effective active asset management approach while optimizing disposition timing.
