Situated just across the Hudson River, the Properties are located in the Meadowlands– known as one of the most active and desirable industrial submarkets in the nation – and the nearby neighborhoods of North Bergen, Englewood, Palisades Park, Ridgefield and Fairview. CAM has acquired over 40 buildings in the New Jersey/New York market in the current investment cycle totaling approximately 6 million square feet, with a current footprint of 32 buildings exceeding 3 million square feet.
