Cohen Asset Management, Inc. (the “Company” or “CAM”), a private real estate investment firm focused on owning and operating industrial and logistics properties in select target markets, announced the acquisition of a recently constructed, state-of-the-art, seven building industrial and logistics portfolio located at the Mesa Gateway Airport in Mesa, Arizona.

CAM has acquired more than 60 properties in Arizona and in the current investment cycle has acquired almost 11 million square feet of space in the Phoenix and surrounding marketplace, with a current footprint of 36 properties.
