The property, located in Phoenix, Arizona at 4747 W. Buckeye Road is comprised of an approximately 376,760 square foot building situated on approximately 22.0 acres of land.
CAM has owned 50 buildings in Phoenix and in the current investment cycle has acquired 8+ million square feet of space in the greater Phoenix marketplace, with a current footprint of approximately 30 buildings and 80 acres of developable industrial zoned land.
