Cohen Asset Management, Inc. (the “Company” or “CAM)”, a private real estate investment firm focused on owning and operating industrial and logistics properties in select target markets, today announced the acquisition of Kuser Industrial Center, a state-of-the-art logistics bulk warehouse/distribution facility located at 2555 Kuser Road in Hamilton Township, New Jersey comprised of approximately 145,950 square feet situated on approximately 16.5 acres of land. Hamilton Township, which is situated in Central New Jersey approximately 60 miles from New York City and 40 miles from Philadelphia, sits right off the I-95/NJ Turnpike in what is commonly known as the “NJT Corridor”. The NJT Corridor is nationally recognized as a premier distribution market in the northeast United States given its proximity to the nation’s densest population centers and the East Coast’s major air and seaports.
Based in Los Angeles with a regional office in New Jersey, CAM has acquired over 40 buildings in the New Jersey/New York marketplace in the current investment cycle totaling over 6 million square feet, with a current footprint of 33 buildings exceeding 3 million square feet.
