Cohen Asset Management, Inc. (the “Company” or “CAM)”, a private real estate investment firm focused on owning and operating industrial and logistics properties in select target markets, today announced the acquisition of two brand new, state-of-the-art industrial and logistics facilities located at 7958 & 8046 East Ray Road in Mesa, Arizona totaling approximately 603,930 square feet, along with a 10.7 acre parcel of developable land. The properties are located in the rapidly expanding Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport submarket in Phoenix’s Southeast Valley.

CAM has owned 50 buildings in Phoenix and in the current investment cycle has acquired 8+ million square feet of space in the greater Phoenix marketplace, with a current footprint of 30 buildings and approximately 80 acres of developable industrial zoned land.
