Cohen Asset Management, Inc. (the “Company” or “CAM)”, a private real estate investment firm focused on owning and operating industrial properties in select Target Markets, today announced the appointment of Cori Lutz as Vice President of Asset Management. Ms. Lutz, based out of the company’s Los Angeles headquarters, will oversee the asset management operations for the company’s portfolio of properties located in the Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas (“DFW”) market. Ms. Lutz will be responsible for implementing the investment strategy and the business plan adopted for each investment by overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial management of each property to maximize investor returns. Ms. Lutz brings a depth of asset management experience including prior roles with Prologis, Cushman & Wakefield, and Digital Realty Trust.
