Cohen Asset Management, Inc. (the “Company” or “CAM”), a private real estate investment firm focused on owning and operating institutional quality industrial and logistics properties, announced today that Rajamma Srinarayana, currently Director of Asset Management, Arizona, has been promoted to National Director of Operational Data Systems, effective January 1, 2026.
In her new role, Ms. Srinarayana will oversee the evaluation, optimization, and enhancement of CAM’s operational data systems, including Yardi and MRI, across the firm’s national industrial portfolio. While continuing to lead the Arizona market, she will now be responsible for mapping end-to-end operational workflows, improving data integrity, and spearheading the firm’s practical AI initiatives that will be instrumental in aligning CAM’s data systems with organizational strategy, scalability, and best-in-class performance.
