(the “Company” or “CAM)”, a private real estate investment firm focused on owning and operating industrial and logistics properties in select target markets, today announced the acquisition of a 100% leased infill, last mile logistics facility located at 1102 State Highway 161, an infill location within the Southwest/Arlington Submarket, which is at the center of the greater Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The property consists of approximately 322,824 square feet and is 100% leased to a large credit tenant on a long-term lease.
Based in Los Angeles, CAM has a long history of owning more than 60 industrial properties within the Dallas marketplace.
