Private Real Estate Firm, Cohen Asset Management, Inc. Announces the Acquisition of Three Industrial Buildings Consisting of 217,000 Square Feet in Metro Phoenix

U.S. REIF PHOENIX TECHNOLOGY PORTFOLIO VENTURE, LLC, an affiliate of industrial and commercial real estate investment firm Cohen Asset Management, Inc., announced the acquisition of three single-tenant institutional quality industrial buildings consisting of 217,000 square feet of high tech manufacturing space located on approximately 13 acres of land in Metro Phoenix. Two of the highly improved properties reside directly south of the Sky Harbor International Airport within the 300 acre Southbank Business Park and one property resides within the Broadway Industrial Park and has excellent access to Interstate 10 and SR-143.
