One Truman JV LLC, an affiliate of industrial and commercial real estate investment firm Cohen Asset Management, Inc. announced the acquisition of an institutional quality distribution building located at One Truman Drive South consisting of approximately 370,000 square feet, located on approximately 30 acres of land in the Edison, New Jersey. The Property’s central location within the New Jersey industrial market and access to major transportation infrastructure make this an attractive opportunity. The Exit 10 submarket provides users with quick access to New York, being situated within 35 miles of Manhattan and The Port of New York and New Jersey as well as convenient access to highway infrastructure including the I-95, I-287, Routes 287, 440 and 1&9. These locational advantages attract a variety of users looking to be in close proximity to the ports as well as servicing the New Jersey, New York and entire Northeast markets.
